Halil Enes Olpak, a graduate of Bahçeşehir University’s Department of Architecture, began his professional career outside the family business as a Design Office Architect for the Istanbul Airport Project. Following this, he took part in one of Turkey’s largest Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, the Northern Marmara Highway Project, starting from the tender preparation stage. He served as Deputy Project Manager and was a Member of the Executive Board, playing an active role in all stages of the project, including contract negotiations and financing processes.
During the operational phase of the Northern Marmara Highway, he held the position of Director of Commercial Areas and served as the Chairman of the Executive Board in the Project Companies between 2021 and 2024. Halil Enes Olpak also currently serves as a Board Member of Pak Yatırım and its affiliates.
Between 2020 and 2023, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of one of Turkey’s largest construction industry NGOs. Additionally, within the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK), he served as an Executive Board Member for the Turkey-Kenya, Turkey-Pakistan, Turkey-Angola, and Energy Business Councils. He currently continues his roles as the Chairman of the Turkey-Angola Business Council and as an Executive Board Member of the Digital Technologies Business Council.
Halil Enes Olpak also serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the OLPAK Foundation for Education, Research, and Solidarity.
